Payments & Costs
$249 due at pick-up, refunded within 30 days after you return the vehicle.
The same day of the week you picked up your car; it is billed automatically to your card on file.
The $249 security deposit, your first week's rental rate, and any add-ons you selected.
Credit or debit card only, in the renter's name. We don't accept cash, Venmo, or CashApp.
Vehicle & Requirements
Only the registered renter is authorized to drive. No additional drivers.
We have a variety of models like Sedans (Uber X, Comfort & Hybrid eligible), Crossovers (Comfort eligible), and SUVs (XL, Black & Premier). Please check car availability for your chosen vehicle by phone.
Yes, you get an insurance card and registration to use on other platforms. Note that not all platforms accept Buggy vehicles.
Yes, but a $100/day out-of-area fee applies. You must notify us of your destination and duration. Vehicles cannot leave the US.
Application & Pick-Up
Through the Buggy App: Go to Documents → Car Documents → Registration.
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) costs $35/week and covers you with a $0 deductible. It's required and must stay active.
Maintenance & Support
Buggy covers all routine maintenance at Element Fleet Management locations — oil changes every 3,000–5,000 miles, tire rotations every 10,000 miles.
Call 911 first. Then take photos, exchange info, and call Buggy to report it. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Returns & Policies
Schedule your return through the Buggy App with at least 7 days notice. Unscheduled returns carry a $50 fee.
